Mr. Gallo was a former Assistant United States Attorney and known to be a very capable and astute litigator. He was a former Special Prosecutor and worked in Washington, D.C., Manhattan and Newark with the U.S. Justice Department. His son, Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq., had his start in Italy working for the United Nations and later for the Studio Legale Turco in Rome.

This year Mr. Gallo tried a personal injury matter in Essex County wherein a jury award of $450,000 was given. He has handled will contests as well as employment matters and consumer disputes.
