History
In 1995, Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq., joined his father's office after spending two (2) years in Rome, Italy transacting international law for the Studio Legale Turco and Gallo & Gallo was founded. The litigation tradition continued but the firm expanded into real estate, estate planning and administration, landlord/tenant, consumer claims as well as various facets of family law including divorce.
Although the office was originally located in Ridgewood, New Jersey, since the passing of Louis T. Gallo, Esq., the firm has moved to more modern quarters in Midland Park, New Jersey.

Louis T. Gallo Esq. (1932-2014)
Louis T. Gallo, Esq. was a former Assistant United States Attorney and part of the Justice Department's Honor Program following his graduation from Duke Law School. He served as a Special U.S. Attorney in New York where he was part of the team which prosecuted the Appalachian trials. He thereafter served in New Jersey as an Assistant United States Attorney before entering private practice in Ridgewood, New Jersey. His son, Kenneth, joined the office in 1994 and now runs the firm.

Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq.
Kenneth T. Gallo, Esq. graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and then Rutgers Law School before moving to Rome, Italy to practice law at the Studio Legale Turco. After two (2) years abroad, he returned to the States to practice with his father, Louis T. Gallo, Esq., a former Assistant United States Attorney. He entered and graduated the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court which focused on litigation. He served as in-house counsel to American Preferred Provider Plan, an HMO and he presently serves as the Public Defender of Upper Saddle River. Ken is a former State Motorcycle Instructor and former United State National and Junior Olympic National Weightlifting Silver Medalist. He speaks fluent Italian and his present interests include rock climbing and boxing. He lives in Upper Saddle River with his wife, three (3) kids and their dog, Igor.

James R. Stevens , Esq.
Jim has been a practicing attorney in the State of New Jersey for over 35 years. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Rutgers Law School he has spent the majority of his career with the firm of Randall, Randall and Stevens in Westwood, New Jersey. During his time in practice Jim has served as a municipal prosecutor for multiple towns including the Borough of Emerson, Woodcliff Lake, Park Ridge and Rivervale. Jim has also served as Planning and Zoning Board Counsel for the Borough of Northvale for 16 years as well as Planning Board Attorney to the Borough of Dumont. Jim has had a series of reported cases addressing significant issues of law including the following:
